About Us
Our company is based in North Sydney and began operation from 90's. Our business involves in food and agriculture products exporting.
Tasks & responsibilities
Export Operations, includes but not limited to:
- booking and arranging transport of cargo and truck,
- coordinating with 3PL warehouse,
- preparing export documents as required.
Bookkeeping, includes but not limited to :
- Knowledge of accounting processes.
- Day-to-day banking including reconciliation
- BAS Preparation and lodgment
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable (including invoicing)
- Month-end/year-end reconciliations and journals (including various year-end report preparation)
Admin, includes but not limited to :
- Receiving all incoming correspondence for distribution and filing, and preparing all outgoing correspondence
- Document control, filing, report and document preparation
- Administrative duties including data entry
Preferrable skills:
- Computer literacy:- skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Export documents, process working experience.
- fluent in English
- Japanese or Mandarin language skill is plus
- Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes
