About Us

Our company is based in North Sydney and began operation from 90's. Our business involves in food and agriculture products exporting.

Tasks & responsibilities

Export Operations, includes but not limited to:

  • booking and arranging transport of cargo and truck,
  • coordinating with 3PL warehouse,
  • preparing export documents as required.

Bookkeeping, includes but not limited to :

  • Knowledge of accounting processes.
  • Day-to-day banking including reconciliation
  • BAS Preparation and lodgment
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable (including invoicing)
  • Month-end/year-end reconciliations and journals (including various year-end report preparation)

Admin, includes but not limited to :

  • Receiving all incoming correspondence for distribution and filing, and preparing all outgoing correspondence
  • Document control, filing, report and document preparation
  • Administrative duties including data entry

Preferrable skills:

  • Computer literacy:- skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Export documents, process working experience.
  • fluent in English
  • Japanese or Mandarin language skill is plus
  • Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to follow routine processes
