We're currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our growing team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you're passionate about patient care and eager to learn, we want to hear from you

The Role

You'll be a key part of our clinical team, supporting both patients and practitioners to ensure smooth, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing outstanding chairside assistance
  • Supporting patients throughout their appointments
  • Maintaining clinic flow and sterilisation processes
  • Participating in on-the-job training
  • Acting as a liaison between clinical and front desk teams

About You

  • Experience in dental assisting is preferred but not essential – we provide full training when you come on board
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Reliable and detail-focused
  • Flexible hours available
  • Due to demographic trends, it would be beneficial to support multiple languages, including Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean. Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong advantage
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency required
