Malvern Automotive Repairs are a highly respected and trusted family run business in Malvern, which has been in operation since 1928.

We are seeking a talented Service Advisor, to be the connection between our experienced technicians and loyal customers.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure seamless and transparent communication with customers, in greetings, and discussions about their vehicle needs, inclusive of costs, timelines and concerns.
  • Accurately relay updates and expectations between the customer and our technicians to ensure a perfect experience.
  • Schedule, coordinate and manage vehicle service appointments within our booking system.
  • Coordinate with technicians, to ensure parts requirements are submitted and ordered by deadlines.
  • Complete quotes and invoices.
  • Prompt processing of all paperwork and related administrative functions.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service.
  • Friendly, clear and confident customer service skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in the motor industry is strongly preferred but not required.
  • Valid drivers licence.
  • Able to work well unsupervised.
  • Well-presented and well-mannered.
  • Reliable, punctual and hardworking attributes.
