Malvern Automotive Repairs are a highly respected and trusted family run business in Malvern, which has been in operation since 1928.
We are seeking a talented Service Advisor, to be the connection between our experienced technicians and loyal customers.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure seamless and transparent communication with customers, in greetings, and discussions about their vehicle needs, inclusive of costs, timelines and concerns.
- Accurately relay updates and expectations between the customer and our technicians to ensure a perfect experience.
- Schedule, coordinate and manage vehicle service appointments within our booking system.
- Coordinate with technicians, to ensure parts requirements are submitted and ordered by deadlines.
- Complete quotes and invoices.
- Prompt processing of all paperwork and related administrative functions.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service.
- Friendly, clear and confident customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in the motor industry is strongly preferred but not required.
- Valid drivers licence.
- Able to work well unsupervised.
- Well-presented and well-mannered.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attributes.
