About the Role:

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital link between our customers and our service workshop, providing accurate, timely, and professional communication and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and well looked after.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding front-line customer service for service and repair bookings
  • Accurately prepare quotes, repair orders, and service invoices
  • Liaise between workshop technicians and customers regarding vehicle status
  • Effectively manage daily schedules and workshop loading
  • Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Strong computer literacy and experience with dealership systems/software
