    Footscray GWM / Haval is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our customer facing service team. Located in Footscray, our Service team is motivated to provide customers with the most memorable and positive vehicle service experience...…every time...

    In This Position You Will Be Required
    • to apply effective management of vehicle servicing process from customer vehicle drop off to pick up.
    • effective communication and coordination between customers and the workshop team.
    • timely and professional response to customer vehicle service queries.
    • accurate administration/processing of customer vehicle services including payments
    • to deliver a positive customer experience every time..
    • a great attitude and team player to ensure our customers receive a great service
    • to work in a team environment.
    • Proven record of above benchmark customer satisfaction results.

    The successful candidate will have previous dealership service advising experience.

    You will be reliable and well organised, and applicants for this position must demonstrate previous success and stability in a similar dealership role.

    Applicants must be located in Australia and must be an Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa.
