You will learn everything that you need to know through our Automotive Service Advisor Training Bootcamp, which is a specially designed training program that will accelerate your career.

We are seeking people with hospitality and retail skills - We will fill in the rest of the gaps


What is an Automotive Customer Service Advisor?

As an Automotive Customer Service Advisor, (more commonly known as a "Service Advisor") you're the friendly face of the Service Department.

You'll be:

  • Greeting customers, connecting with them and learning about their vehicle needs
  • Explaining services and repairs in plain English (This is what we will equip you with)
  • Interacting with the workshop to ensure that the promises made to customers are achieved
  • Conversing with customers about additional work that their vehicle needs or could benefit from
  • Making sure customers drive away happy, informed, and confident - and ultimately they come back
