The Role: 

As Restaurant Supervisor at the The Royce, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will lead a team of enthusiastic individuals and work closely with our culinary and service teams to maintain the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation. Your passion for delivering exceptional guest service and your ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide outstanding service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Assist in menu planning and development.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts.

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
