About us

Bomba is now in its 11th year and is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team. Supervisor/Management experience is essential, as is a passion for our industry. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their career in hospitality who thrives off working in a fast-paced restaurant. You'll be joining small, tight-knit team in a busy but caring environment. With an extensive wine list plus a focused food offering, we are looking for someone who is willing to learn but understands the basics of restaurant systems. We aim to deliver the best standard of customer service whilst paying attention to small details, you'll need to be able to support the team in achieving that end.

Qualifications & experience


• Minimum 2 years management/supervisor experience


• Knowledge of wine, cocktails and general food


• Passion for service


• Display leadership qualities and enforcing a positive work environment


• Providing the highest quality customer experience

  • Primary Goals: To ensure the smooth running, growth in trade and profitability of the restaurant. Implement procedures that reflect and maintain the restaurants position in the market and ensure they are adhered to.
