About the Role

Dorsett Melbourne is currently seeking an Full Time experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team as we continue to grow.

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be supporting the Outlets Manager in all areas of F&B operations. This includes our bar, restaurant, event spaces and in room dining. Your duties may include:


• Supervise the team during service


• Be hands on and support with bartending or waiting


• Coach, train and guide the team ensuring excellent customer service at all times


• Complete daily briefings with the team


• Support the Outlets Manager with rostering, ordering and other admin duties


• Ensure guests have a positive experience and leave happy after each and every dining experience
