About the role

Maintain, managing the cafe to provide excellent experience for customers

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe
  • Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and order supplies, as needed
  • Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure all cafe areas are clean and tidy
  • Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost our reputation

Requirements and skills

  • Upholding a secure work environment for both staff and customers by adhering to

health and safety protocols.

  • Providing training and supervision for new staff, offering continuous feedback, and

fostering the development of all team members.

  • Leading the achievement of daily and weekly objectives with the restaurant team.

  • Ensuring that all tasks are carried out in compliance with relevant procedures and job

descriptions for the position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $63,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
