We're looking for a passionate and proactive Hospitality Supervisor to help lead our hospitality team across our dining and bar venues. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, balancing hands-on floor and bar responsibilities with leadership growth in a dynamic country club environment.

What You'll Do;

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be central to the smooth running of our food and beverage operations, delivering polished service and supporting our senior leadership team.

A little about the role;

  • Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring seamless service across bar, dining, and clubhouse functions.
  • Support staff in providing exceptional, member-focused hospitality.
  • Manage end-of-day cash ups, stock control, and assist with ordering and inventory.
  • Lead by example, stepping in on the floor or behind the bar as required.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior FOH and bar staff.
  • Work closely with the Venue and Bar Manager to uphold high standards and maintain the welcoming atmosphere members expect.

What You Bring;

  • Prior experience in a busy restaurant, bar, or club environment — ideally with supervisory exposure or ambition to step into the role.
  • A strong willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
  • A guest-first mindset with the ability to stay calm and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • A sense of professionalism, pride, and community spirit.
  • Availability for evenings and weekends, including member events and functions.
  • RSA and coffee making skills required.
