With an exciting new Japanese Restaurant, Disuko, opening in the coming months, we are looking for Hospo Career enthusiasts looking for their next step

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Recent internal promotions, along with exciting expansion plans, have opened opportunities to take on a leadership role within MAMAS Dining Group and assist us in driving our venues toward continued success.

We are looking to hire multiple Venue Supervisors across the group

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture

  • Implement and oversee policies, procedures, and standards to ensure regulatory compliance

  • Lead, train, and develop the venue's team of hospitality professionals

  • Manage day-to-day operations and staffing to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Manage guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance the guest experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate a team

  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere

  • Strong understanding of liquor licensing, food safety, and other relevant regulations

  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences
