About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and motivated Coordinator Logistics to join our dynamic team based at Cape and Dampier. In this key support role, you'll be responsible for the efficient movement, staging, and tracking of parts and tooling to ensure maintenance teams have what they need — when and where they need it. You'll also be the first point of contact at the LME front counter, helping with customer enquiries, vehicle logistics, and equipment coordination.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage parts delivery from warehouse to work bays
- Support weekly planning with accurate parts reporting and staging
- Provide front counter service for vehicle drop-offs, extinguishers & tooling
- Maintain stock levels of consumables and oil
- Ensure all tooling is compliant, maintained, and fit for use
- Support emergency breakdown response by sourcing urgent parts
What You'll Be Doing
- Solid understanding of warehousing, logistics, or tooling coordination
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- SAP experience (desirable)
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced team environment
- A proactive, safety-first mindset
