About us

As a leader in Emergency Response, Medical, Risk Management, and Training Services, Parabellum International Training (RTO No: 51786) is looking for a skilled and motivated Training Administrator to join our team. We operate a state-of-the-art training centre at our head office in Naval Base WA, offering a variety of accredited and non-accredited emergency response, medical, and workplace safety courses.

About the role

Reporting to the RTO Manager and collaborating with the Training Operations Co-ordinator, the successful candidate will contribute to the coordinating, processing, enrolling, and administering the quality assurance and compliance of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

To be considered for this role, you will need to be a detail orientated person with a passion for quality assurance and administration processes.

Responsibilities:

- Facilitate student enrolments via LMS (aXcelerate)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student enrolment records within aXcelerate, ensuring all associated documentation is complete
- Drive the flow of training documentation – checking, filing, organising
- Conduct detailed checking, filing, and management of RTO documentation
- Assist with the preparation and administration of training and student materials
- Manage and distribute training resources and learner materials
- Coordinate client requirements and prepare learner guides and information packs
- Support the daily management of training data through aXcelerate and SharePoint
- Liaise with trainers, clients, and students to deliver exceptional customer service for all training-related enquiries
- Organise classroom logistics, training materials, and external suppliers to support effective course delivery
- Perform occasional ad hoc duties to assist in the efficient operation of the training centre
- Maintain the student enrolment register within aXcelerate and all associated enrolment information
- Carry out thorough and detailed checking and filing of RTO documentation
- Assist with the administration and preparation of RTO training and student materials
- Administer training resources
- Scheduling and collation of client requirements including learner guides and information packs
- Coordinating the day-to-day inputs and outputs of aXcelerate and SharePoint to manage all training data
- Liaise trainers, clients and students delivering the highest level of customer service for training related enquiries
- Occasional ad hoc duties relating to the training centre and department
- Organisation of training classrooms, logistics and external suppliers as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Previous RTO experience and aXcelerate learning management systems is highly desirable.
