A Job to be proud of: You will be responsible for developing, sequencing, and managing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for St John WA’s fleet, radio, and medical equipment assets. What you’ll do - Develop and maintain preventative and corrective maintenance schedules across fleet, radio, and equipment assets. - Perform capacity planning to ensure maintenance activities are sequenced efficiently and aligned with operational priorities. - Collaborate with the Fleet and Radio team to resolve schedule conflicts and resource constraints, including tracking parts availability and coordinating logistics to support maintenance execution - Monitor schedule adherence, adjust plans to meet changing operational demands and implement schedule change control processes and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders - Develop and maintain schedules using scheduling software tools - Review previous weeks performance and continually monitor and tracking of resources and notify line manager of critical risks that may impact the operational workforce. - Monitor progress against the schedule and provide regular reporting to key stakeholders - Implement schedule change control processes and communicate schedule updates to key stakeholders What you’ll need - Experience in maintenance planning, asset coordination, or service scheduling within a fleet or technical environment - Strong understanding of maintenance workflows, asset lifecycle management, and scheduling systems. - High attention to detail with strong organisational and problem-solving skills. - Strong budget management skills with a focus on cost control and maintaining confidentiality. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or similar). - C Class drivers’ license What’s in it for you?
