Bunbury, Western Australia WAPRES Full time $120,000 - $180,000 per year

WAPRES is a leading plantation manager, wood-fibre processor and exporter in the South-West of WA, operating for nearly 50 years. We're seeking a Senior Manager – Production and Sales to oversee the production, logistics, and commercial performance of our export and domestic operations.

The Role

  • Coordinate the movement of up to 1.4 million tonnes of wood fibre and 2 million tonnes of grain to meet client requirements.
  • Align production, transport, and shipping to ensure all export and domestic sales commitments are met.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and performance alignment.
  • Monitor and manage commercial performance, production targets, and product quality.
  • Oversee vessel scheduling and ensure compliance with shipping obligations.
  • Drive safety and compliance in all operational areas, adhering to internal and regulatory standards (RW, FSC CW & CoC, EMS, COP, OSH, etc.).

About You

You are a strategic and commercially focused professional with:

  • Proven leadership experience in production, logistics, or supply chain management – ideally within forestry, agriculture, or heavy industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Solid understanding of shipping logistics and sales coordination.
  • A proactive approach to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
