We are proudly part of Japan Post —The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, delivering, and maintaining the training and competency program under the DWDSS contract. This includes all Defence-mandated training requirements, site-specific operational training, and ongoing professional development activities across all functions.This role ensures that all Contractor personnel meet mandatory training compliance and are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to safely and effectively perform their duties. It supports both onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring training records, identifying gaps, and working with managers to upskill teams in line with Defence and contractual obligations.At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
