Are you a dynamic and results-driven leasing professional with a passion for retail property, leadership, and business development? Exclusive to Capstone, our client is one of Australia's leading retail giants, and they are seeking a highly motivated individual to join property team as a State Leasing Manager. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team and contribute exclusively to the portfolio growth and success, while managing and converting new site opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Lead a high-performing leasing team by providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- **Negotiation**: Via you team, utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable leasing terms and agreements with landlords, property owners, and other stakeholders.
- **Business Development & Planning**: Identify and pursue new leasing opportunities, strategically expanding our clients footprint within the state. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners.
- **Portfolio Management**: Oversee the leasing pipeline, ensuring optimal performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry developments to inform leasing strategies and decision-making.
- **Risk Management**:Review and Manage risk within the portfolio and pipeline

**Selection Criteria**:

- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within leasing, real estate, or property management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful lease transactions in the Australian market.
- Demonstrated business development experience, including the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to travel within the state as required.
