Due to an internal promotion, an amazing opportunity to make your mark as a Relationship Manager within our Sales and Marketing team is available. Working with our existing contracted employer base, your relationship development skills will see you interacting with a diverse national employer base to drive knowledge, participation, referral and retention.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join Inside Edge's Sales and Marketing team, servicing corporate clients in both Victoria and nationally. This role is primarily responsible for connecting and engaging with contracted employers and their employees to drive awareness of Inside Edge's innovative proposition in payroll integrated novated leasing. Responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients to determine where value can be added as a preferred provider
  • Understand the client's objectives regarding employee benefits programs and how to maximise exposure as a trusted partner
  • Identify opportunities to increase awareness and presence of the Inside Edge proposition
  • Personally deliver compelling engagement activities including information sessions, workshops, benefit and vehicle activations, one-on-ones and other origination activities
  • Actively partner with our digital and marketing coordinators to collaboratively expand our reach and engagement
  • Proactively manage the origination process with key client contacts, site contacts and key stakeholders to ensure growth targets can be met
  • Collaborate with the leasing operations team to ensure that operational employer payroll and taxation interactions strengthen our relationship
  • Identify and develop opportunities and collaborate with the broader sales and marketing team to ensure maximum growth
  • Report on activity performance, growth opportunities and outcomes

About you

The experience and skills expected to be successful in this role include:

  • 3+ years experience in a hybrid B2B/B2C sales role, preferably in the novated lease sector
  • Client focused, relationship driven and commercially savvy
  • Collaborative and willing to work cross functionally to achieve results
  • Curious and open to new technology
  • Excited by the challenge of making new connections, communicating with audiences that vary in size.
