**Job Description**:
Our Occupier Services business facilitates the real estate needs of large national and multinational occupiers. Join our team as a Leasing Manager and deliver unrivalled retail leasing services to our client, a national financial institution. You will be involved in negotiating the leasing of new and renewal leases of retail sites.

Based in Melbourne CBD, you will utilise your effective relationship management and leasing expertise to meet retail leasing requirements for our client.

Key responsibilities in this role will include:

- Delivery of leasing services as per client parameters
- Successful lease renewals and achieving operational savings
- Ongoing client relationship management
- Provision of market assessments and site recommendations
- Increasing the security and utility of tenure
- Provision of accurate leasing reports

**Qualifications**:
The skills and experience you will bring to this role include:

- Strong background in retail leasing transactions including dealing with major landlords
- Ability to negotiate lease clauses
- Property management experience; retail and commercial
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills, particularly in liaising with major corporate clients
- Strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act
- Current Real Estate Licence
