**Job Description Summary**

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Lease Manager to join our team in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role, with some attendance required at a client’s office in the Melbourne CBD. If you have a strong background in lease administration, stakeholder management, and exposure to client-facing responsibilities, we want to hear from you

Reporting to the Head of Lease Administration - ANZ, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our clients’ lease portfolios, providing day-to-day lease advice, and ensuring seamless lease management operations. You will also collaborate closely with Account Directors, Transaction Managers, and Facility Managers to support integrated portfolio management initiatives.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare WIP and Debtors reports with relevant commentary.
- Liaise with clients, landlords, agents, tenants, solicitors, and other property professionals.
- Review and approve lease obligations, manage multiple monthly rent rolls, handle lease billings and outgoings budgets and reconciliations.
- Ensure lease obligations and compliance requirements are met, consult with solicitors on lease documentation, and conduct quality reviews of lease abstractions.
- Manage site renewals, lease surrenders, and new revenue tenant documentation.
- Assist with annual client budget preparation, facilitate utility connections, and address escalations.
- Serve as a primary contact for one or more client groups, providing expert lease advice and ensuring smooth lease management operations.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in property/lease management, with exposure to lease databases and reporting systems.
- Strong ability to act on client instructions, negotiate outcomes, and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in lease document administration, financial acumen, and compliance management.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.

**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in Real Estate, Business, or Finance, or an Estate Agent’s License/Agent’s Representative certification.
