**The Opportunity**

This department are changing things up to try and support their property management departments and hence the newly created leasing team are in need of another team player.

**The Role**

This role would suit to an experienced Property Manager who wants to work in the leasing but can also float and jump in to help the team. You will act as a floater across the team with overflow work and step in when someone is on leave.

You will be required to work every second Saturday of the month for 4 hours in the office to oversee and make sure the leasing and reception department are okay and to catch up on work.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Listing ads online
- Leasing
- Open for inspections
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Application processing

**About You**
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver’s License with a well maintained vehicle
- Ability to multi-task and manage you time
- Professional working manner and immaculate presentation
- Excellent analytical, organizational and task management skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
