**The Opportunity**

**The Role**

Supported by best practice systems and technologies and 'Smart Sale', an internationally acclaimed sales process that achieves amazing results with the least amount of stress because it not only removes the need for expensive marketing campaigns, but it also removes any pressure to sell below your comfort level - empowering them to deliver the best possible service and outcomes for their clients.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Listing ads online
- Client management (prospective tenants)
- Leasing
- Open for inspections
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Application processing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leasing
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Ability to multi task and manage your time
- Professional working manner and immaculate presentation
- Outstanding communication skills
