Have the freedom to manage your own portfolio of debtors and creditors whilst working with an experienced team. This role plays a vital function for the success of Wagners Finance operations by fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders for accurate outcomes.

**Duties will include**:

- Daily banking
- Direct Debit processing
- Collections
- Debtor reconciliations (processing refunds)
- Customer setup and maintenance
- Invoice/Credit note creation
- Process supplier invoices
- International & urgent payments
- Employee reimbursements
- Weekly payment run
- Supplier setup & maintenance
- Assisting Financial Controller or Chief Financial Officer with adhoc duties
- Develop & maintain Procedures notes
- Other tasks and duties as directed

***The successful applicant will possess the following**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of ASX’s operations and procedures
- Formal Qualification in Accounting/Finance or similar (Desirable but not mandatory)
- Pronto or similar accounting software experience desirable
- Strong proven experience in accounts payable, receivable and corporate collections
- Previous experience in a high volume transactional environment
