**Total Tools Toowoomba** is looking for a **Full-Time Junior Accounts & Administration Officer**, who is passionate, driven and keen desire to be mentored in administration and accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for you to utilise your current skills and experience within a growing and diverse business.

You will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and receivable functions.

**What will you be doing?**
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
- End to end processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Handling general account/administration duties
- Updating and maintaining records
- Creating, maintaining and monitoring customer accounts
- Supporting customer service standards where appropriate to the role; including handling internal & eternal customer and supplier enquiries

**Does this sound like you?**
- Desire to learn all about a retail business back-office duties
- Have a customer first attitude
- Have a positive 'make it happen' work ethic
- Experience using Pronto is highly regarded, but not essential as full training will be provided
- Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must
