Hays has partnered with a progressive family general medical practice in Toowoomba, where a fantastic opportunity has become available for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Practice Manager to lead their practice of 10 highly experienced doctors, 8 registered nurses and four Receptionist.

**Your new role**

As the Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of their fairly large and busy family medical practice. You will be responsible for the human resource, finance, and other administrative tasks of the practice.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your strategic vision, strong leadership, and exceptional organisational skills will contribute to the continued success and growth of their practice.
- Demonstrated customer service focus and experience in a customer service environment.
- Familiarity and competency with Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience in the management of confidential information
- Demonstrated problem-solving/analysis and time management skills
- High level communication and interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation skills, with demonstrated experience in maintaining effective working relationships with various stakeholders
- Strong ability to multitask, time manage, ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate previous experience using Best Practice
- Police check and working with children's check will be required
