**The Role**:
As the Practice Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the hospital. You will be responsible for managing the clinic’s administrative functions, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment. You will also work closely with our team of veterinarians and support staff to ensure the best possible care for our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Leadership & Staff Management**: Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of veterinary professionals and support staff. Foster a positive team culture and maintain high morale.
- ** Operational Management**: Oversee clinic schedules, ensuring efficient patient care and mínimal wait times.
- ** Financial Management**: Manage the clinic's budgets, including overseeing expenses, billing, and inventory control. Develop strategies to increase profitability.
- ** Client Relations**: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and patient care. Address client concerns and feedback promptly.
- ** Compliance & Quality Control**: Ensure that the clinic adheres to all relevant regulations and industry standards. Maintain protocols for hygiene, safety, and health.
- ** Marketing & Community Engagement**: Promote the hospital’s services, events, and community outreach efforts. Build the clinic's profile within the Toowoomba region.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in practice management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of veterinary operations, including financial management, HR practices, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in practice management software is advantageous.
- Passion for animal care and working in a veterinary environment.
