Role Description

This is a Full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager located in Mackay, QLD. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, managing pharmacy technicians, ensuring accurate dispensing of prescriptions, providing immunization services, and maintaining a high standard of pharmacy practice. The Pharmacy Manager will also be responsible for inventory management, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Experience with pharmacy practice, pharmacy technicians, and general pharmacy operations
  • Proficiency in dispensing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records
  • Knowledge of immunization practices and procedures
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field
  • Current AHPRA Registration
