**The Role**

As Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clinic’s daily operations and long-term success. Your responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing all aspects of clinic management, including staffing, rostering, and workflow
- Managing financials, budgets, and reporting
- Leading, mentoring, and developing our talented team
- Ensuring the highest standards of customer service and patient care
- Implementing policies, procedures, and initiatives to optimise efficiency
- Supporting marketing, community engagement, and client relationships

- Proven leadership or management experience (veterinary or healthcare environment highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong financial and administrative acumen
