Our major Telecommunications client requires a Property Consultant to join its successful team in Melbourne.

As a Hybrid role it can be based anywhere but with the requirement to be based in the Melbourne office twice a week.

Role/Responsibilities
- Maintain complete compliance with legislative requirements and Regulations.
- To give specialist property advice in relation to property acquisition and functioning.
- Adhere to client contract regulations.
- Contract negotiation.
- Liaise with legal advisors, clients, building owners to formalise contracts.
- Have a strong understanding of lease agreements and property law.
- Strong at all levels of negotiation around property contracts.
- Strong knowledge of site acquisition and wireless communications
- Commercial leasing experience
- team leader capabilities
- Understanding of Town Planning in relation to telecommunications
