**About the role**:
As an Investment Property Consultant at AusPacific, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients, particularly those from the international community, through their property investment journey. Your extensive knowledge of the financial and property investment landscapes, combined with your commitment to client success, will drive your involvement in the entire process—from lead generation and client relationship management to strategy implementation and goal achievement.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective investors and home buyers, focusing on qualifying potential customers, engaging them in information sessions, and nurturing these relationships. Your fluency in Vietnamese and English with deep understanding of cultural nuances will be invaluable in building trust and ensuring client satisfaction.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- **Certification**: Preferred hold a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) or diploma and degree related to Business (Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred).
- **Language**: Fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in _real estate, sales, retails or customer service_ in the Melbourne, especially real estate industry is highly desirable.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- **Motivated and Driven**: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- **Customer-Focused**: Demonstrates a strong commitment to client satisfaction and success.
