In essence, our mission is to maximise our clients' portfolios and ensure our lifetime members are supported and informed to make financially successful investment decisions.
About the Role
As a Discovery Consultant, you will play a critical role in educating and guiding
prospective clients toward developing a Property Wealth Plan.
Your main focus will be to:
- Engage with qualified leads and convert them into registered clients.
- Educate clients on the fundamentals of property investment and finance via virtual 1on1 sessions.
- Work collaboratively with mortgage brokers, solicitors, and financial advisors to set up the client for the Property Wealth Planner after you have sold them on our registration fee.
- Support internal teams, including Property Wealth Planners, marketing, and acquisitions, to refine your expertise and career growth.
- Earn an uncapped commission structure with on-target earnings (OTE) exceeding $170K at a minimum - with potential for even greater earnings with progression.
- You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure you develop a deep understanding of finance and property investment strategies.

Prerequisites and skills preferred
- Experience in consultative sales and/or customer service within the property industry or a professional client services environment.
- Proven ability to deliver strong conversion rates and meet sales targets.
- Strong understanding of finance principles and property investment strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, Google suite, and administrative processes.
- Self-motivated with a high-achieving work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Passion for the property industry and helping clients build wealth.
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
- Values-driven mentality with high levels of discipline and integrity.
