This new role will sit in Australia’s leading telecommunications Carrier being a critical enabler to the delivery of their network and property strategy. You will lead lease negotiations and cost reduction initiatives across their property portfolio nationally.

**About the role**
- You will work in a fast growing, vibrant national team of property professionals, where you are afforded the time and space to do what you do best
- You will manage and coordinate contracts and commercial activities within the property portfolio. This includes securing tenure for ongoing occupancy and access across the leasehold portfolio.
- You will take initiative and manage budget development, rent-roll deviation reporting and approvals
- You will work to delivering high value commercial outcomes for all lease negotiations and meet all annual financial targets.
- Work with key stakeholders across the carrier network business, enterprise, asset teams, land & property owners, site acquisition consultants, along with external parties.

**About You**:

- Experience in Telecommunications, working in Property, Site Acquisition, or Asset Property Management (Lease) where you have successfully managed and negotiated property transactions
- Understanding of the Telecommunications act would be an advantage
- Strong building rapport with key stakeholders, whether in-house or with external stakeholders such as land/building owners, Property Industry Groups
- Experience in client facing tenant representation or leasing role
- Strong ability to maintain, manage and report accurate data across complex property portfolios.
- Full working rights in Australia
