We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated Property Investment Advisor to join our Melbourne based office. Our approach is one of genuine and keen interest in acting in the best interests of our clients, maintaining consistent and transparent communications, and working with them to overcome all challenges. We believe in fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment where your skills and talents can truly shine.
The Role:
This is full-time on-site role and require you to work 6 days a week. You will have an interest in the financial or property investment landscapes and be passionate about helping people reach their next stage. You will be involved in the entire process from lead generation, nurturing the client relationship, to strategy meetings and assisting our clients reach their goals.
You will be the primary point of contact for prospective investors & home buyers. Your primary task will be to qualify potential customers and to engage in an information session and nurture the customer relationship in a fast-paced sales environment.
Reporting to the Sales Manager and Managing Director, you will be fully trained and supported to give you every opportunity of securing an incredibly lucrative and rewarding career. You will be rewarded for efforts with a robust base and strong commission structure and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Lead Generation
- Client Engagement: Qualify and follow up with potential buyers and existing clients through phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and virtual appointments to drive sales.
- Property Presentations: Conduct property tours and relevant finance strategies and cash flow analysis and provide detailed information to prospective buyers to assist in their decision-making process.
- Sales Execution: Manage a diverse group of buyers, guiding them through the sales journey and working towards successfully closing transactions.
- Client Consultation: Provide tailored advice to help clients meet their financial goals through property investments, utilizing our comprehensive resources and expertise.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through dedicated support and outstanding service.
Finance & Compliance
- Articulate key financial concepts relating to brokerage and lending, providing clear and accurate information to buyers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate regulations across Victoria and other Australian states, also compliance requirements for non-permanent resident buyers if any.
Digital Tools & Administrative Support
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to manage leads, schedule follow-ups, and ensure up-to-date tracking of client interactions.
- Demonstrate competency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom for internal communication and client meetings.
- Prepare and manage all correspondence with clients throughout the sales and settlement process.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Be a team player – be willing to collaborate, share wins, learn from your losses, and have a consistent positive mindset.
- Strong understanding of the property market (Brand New Properties, House and Land package and Constructions) and investment opportunities (identifying growth corridor suburbs, interstate suburb knowledges as well as High Cashflow Assets from Co-living, Dual Key, Rooming houses, NDIS, SMSF property solutions)
- Exceptional analytical (Run Investment Property's Cashflow Analysis PIA and Investment Property's strategies), financial skills and strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset and a genuine desire to help people achieve financial success. Ability to meet clients in-home and in-office when required including after hours and weekend appointments.
- Minimum Qualification: Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or a valid Agent's Representative Certificate
- Experience: 2+ years in in a Property Investment Advisor role or similar with demonstrated ability to meet KPIs and targets
- Language Skills: Proficient in English; multi-bilingual language or cultural background is an advantage
- Driver's Licence: Must hold a current, valid Australian driver's licence.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably within the real estate or property sector
- Strong understanding of property values and trends across metropolitan and regional Australia including VIC, QLD, NSW, SA and WA.
- Proficiency in CRM Platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for a long-term career in real estate.
- Previous experience in finance sale, real estate, and financial planning highly desired.
