**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Project Consultant, you will be working with the wider Projects and Consulting team and assume the responsibility of coordinating the capital works projects across the Victorian Property and Asset Management portfolio.

To achieve the expected outcomes of the role, we need you to be a self-motivated and driven individual who will enhance their professional and personal skills in order to provide superior client service, meet assigned financial targets and ultimately contribute to the growth of the company.

**An Overview of the role**:
Consulting lead for the Design Review of Retail & Hospitality, Commercial and Industrial Tenancy Fit-Out and Base Building works

Overall responsibility for programme management and its reporting to ensure successful project delivery

Oversee all tenancy fit-out works, direct liaison with Tenants and their stakeholders

Oversee all works to ensure compliance with Statutory Building Codes and Fit-out Guidelines

Responsible for coordinating and administrating PCG meetings and producing required reports

Proactively manage project administration

Preparing project budgets and monitoring cash-flow

Focus on timely communication with internal and external stakeholders

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Trades background or relevant tertiary education with experience in excess of 7 years, 5 of which must be related to Property Management, Design, Construction and Project Management, Building Operations and Facilities Management

Sound communicator with proven, effective stakeholder engagement

Confidently manage project delivery from inception to completion

Time management capabilities

Ability to conduct self-directed work without supervision

Familiarity with supervising others and enforcing compliance

Commitment to delivering promised outcomes

Active contributor as a collaborative team member

Thorough knowledge of commercial building services

Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management software
