We're expanding our Acquisitions team and seeking a dynamic Property Acquisition & Partnerships Consultant to take the lead on sourcing new opportunities, strengthening developer relationships, and ensuring a strong, consistent pipeline of investment properties for our clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build, nurture, and expand strong partnerships with our developer and builder network.
  • Source and secure new, investment-grade stock across key national growth corridors.
  • Negotiate allocations, pricing, and terms that deliver win-win outcomes.
  • Proactively manage the property pipeline, providing visibility on upcoming projects.
  • Oversee all listings, contracts, and sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with our client consultants to deliver fast, clear responses with zero bottlenecks between acquisition and sales.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in property acquisition, developer/builder BDM, or project sales.
  • Strong knowledge of investment property, residential development, and off-the-plan projects.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing developer relationships end-to-end.
  • Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation and deal-making skills.
  • Detail-focused, accountable, and driven to deliver measurable outcomes.
