**Our Client**
- Our client is a highly respected insurance brokerage that’s looking to bring on an experienced property claims consultant into their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting clients through the end-to-end claims process—particularly across strata, residential, and commercial property portfolios.

**The Role**
- In this role, you'll be managing your own portfolio of property claims from lodgement to finalisation. You’ll work closely with clients, insurers, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely resolutions while delivering exceptional customer service throughout.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of property claims (strata, residential, commercial) end-to-end
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing regular updates and expert advice
- Collaborate with insurers, loss adjusters, and service providers to drive effective outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in line with compliance standards
- Support brokers with claims-related insights and assistance on complex matters

**About You**
- Experience in property insurance claims (commercial, strata or residential)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- A team-oriented mindset and passion for customer service
