**The role**:
This is an opportunity to lead Change management for a key regulatory program of work in NAB’s Corporate & Institutional Bank (C&IB), responsible for defining and implementing change strategies to ensure the safe delivery of the C&IB Regulatory Change Program. You will partner with Enterprise and C&IB stakeholders, to deliver outcome-focussed and relationship-led change strategies, ensuring effective and measurable change adoption across impacted business areas and customers. Your passion for getting it right for our colleagues and our customers, by working with and influencing a diverse group of senior stakeholders, will help you align Change delivery to the overall Program outcomes and objectives.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Leverage your strong ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Work closely with the Enterprise Regulatory programs and teams to ensure that Change is successfully implemented and monitored to ensure embedment
- Develop change strategies and plans for initiatives relating to regulatory response, strengthening of our compliance environment, as well as overall implementation of business outcomes
- Identify and craft strategies and make recommendations to manage anticipated resistance to change
- Become a Trusted Change Partner to our stakeholders to understand their change needs and support them through the development of recommendations and change strategies
- Critically assess post change implementation adoption and change sustainability through development and monitoring of key metrics and anticipated outcomes associated with the initiative
- Lead and coach a team of Change practitioners, empowering them to excel in their Change roles and grow in their careers.

**What you'll bring**:

- Demonstrated competency in regulatory strategic analysis & planning
- Proven ability to develops & translate strategic direction to support change
- Strong verbal & written ability to communicate with audiences in formal and informal ways
- Demonstrated knowledge of change management principles and best practice
- Strong research skills enabling you to leverage knowledge and experience of others
- Understand the challenges of the organisation & the industry and develop strategic changes to benefit from/or mitigate impacts of these
- Proven experience in regulatory and enterprise change management
- Demonstrated experience in delivering fit for purpose change management strategies
- Ability to influence and manage expectations of multiple and diverse senior stakeholders
- Strong sense of time management and ability to recognise and prioritise competing tasks to ensure timeframes are achieved
- Proven experience in assessing change success and implementing remediations where necessary, to achieve business outcomes
- Clear experience in developing and implementing KPIs / OKRs for monitoring outcomes from implemented changes
- Banking or financial services experience (highly desirable)
- Financial crime risk management experience (highly desirable)
- Project/Resource management.
