Overview

Our client, a leading financial services fund, is seeking a Change Management Lead to guide the organisation through a significant transformation journey. This is an opportunity to step into a pivotal role where you’ll shape how change is delivered, build capability across the business, and ensure people are genuinely supported through change.

What you’ll do

- Deliver hands-on change management for strategic, regulatory, and business transformation initiatives
- Develop tailored change strategies that meet the needs of both the project and the people impacted
- Consolidate an organisational view of change to identify potential risks and areas of change fatigue
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout delivery
- Coach, mentor, and empower change practitioners, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture

About You

We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery experience. You’ll be a strong influencer, able to tailor approaches to different contexts, and confident in navigating ambiguity. You’ll also be people-focused, empathetic, pragmatic, and motivated to help individuals and teams succeed through change.

You’ll bring:

- 10+ years’ experience in change management, including at least 5 years leading program-level change.
- Demonstrated ability to tailor change strategies to suit diverse people, contexts, and impacts.
- Proven track record of leading change in enterprise technology transformations.
- Experience leading a change practice and developing capability across teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills at executive level.
- Strong understanding of readiness and adoption frameworks, with ability to measure and report impact.
- Experience in financial services organisations is desirable but not essential.
