Melbourne / Hybrid model / Initial 12 Month Daily Contract

We are seeking a hands-on, strategic transformation professional to lead change management for a major ERP implementation and help shape how effective change is delivered across the organisation. We're looking for someone who can provide complex enterprise transformations and can bridge the gap between technology delivery and organisational readiness.

What You'll Do

  • Lead change management for a major ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with program goals and objectives.
  • Design and implement pragmatic, scalable change strategies that can be applied across the organisation.
  • Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior business leaders.
  • Build internal change capability through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer.
  • Ensure clear connection between change activities and business outcomes, driving adoption and benefits realisation.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience delivering major technology-enabled transformations (ERP, digital, or similar).
  • Skilled in both project management and change leadership, able to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to connect with people across all levels, from frontline teams to senior leadership, in fast-paced environments.
  • Credible and influential – able to earn respect across technical teams and leadership.
  • Pragmatic, results-driven, and able to create tools, frameworks, and processes that actually work in practice.
  • Experienced in simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
