About the Opportunity
The Change Lead is responsible for developing and delivering change management programs that support the implementation of customer and business systems. Working closely with project team members, they will develop and execute a Change Management Strategy that prepares the business and our customers for processes, technology, and customer experience changes.
About the Team
The Change Lead works on the VicTraffic Program which is delivering the end-to-end management of DoT's digital traffic and emergency response channel - VicTraffic. They will support agile squads and the business to deliver change that will reform and improve this digital channel, ensuring that it both meets the needs of the business, and provides a best-in-class experience for our customers and operators.
About You
1. Demonstrated high level of expertise and experience in leading and engaging staff throughout a complex organisational-wide change program2. Subject matter expert in the use of change management principles, methodologies and tools3. Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills including the ability to negotiate and influence internal and external stakeholders including senior leadership4. Excellent oral and written communication skills to increase buy in and adoption, including presentations, reports, preparation of strategic plans, development of training curriculums and materials5. Ability to collect and digest complicated information and translate it to simple, clear and concise messages and concepts6. Experience developing and executing change programs for business and customer facing systems
