ABOUT THE ROLE:
More is entering an exciting new phase of growth, transformation, and cultural evolution. We are searching for our first Change Lead, to build the foundations of Change Management for our teams and embed new ways of working. This individual will play a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives that enhance employee experience, operational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
As a member of the People & Culture team, the Change Lead will work closely with all teams across the company to ensure change is thoughtfully planned, communicated, and successfully adopted. This role is essential in fostering a resilient, agile, and future-ready workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and embed More's first Change Management Strategy and framework.
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Create and manage detailed change plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
- Lead change activities across projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with project managers, People & Culture, and department leads to embed change.
- Create engaging communications and facilitate workshops to support change adoption.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and project sponsors.
- Build internal change capability through coaching, training, and toolkits.
- Monitor change effectiveness and champion a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing at all levels.
- Background in telecommunications, technology, or customer-centric industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with internal communications and organisational development is a plus.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
Skills
- Ability to analyse complex change, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address interdependencies, challenges and achieve common goals.
