**Your contribution**:
In the role of Change Lead, you will be accountable for leading communication to ensure that full consideration is given to the effective delivery of change, communication and training packages for projects. Working closely with the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) Project Managers and Project Analysts, this role will establish effective change plans and communication packages for projects across _The Women’s and The Royal Melbourne Hospital_. The role will work closely with vendors and the organisation strategic communications teams to align overall project change objectives, training requirements and necessary documentation to ensure consumers are well informed and trained. The role will be supported by _Digital Collaborations & Initiatives_ (DC&I) resources to facilitate outcomes.
Your duties will include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Provide leadership in the design, development, delivery and management of communications.
- Identify and communicate impacts and changes to stakeholder workflows, guidelines, policies and procedures and report issues that may arise as a result of decisions.
- Present technical concepts in simple and understandable terms in order that both technical and non-technical audiences can gain an understanding of the problem and proposed solution.

- Team oriented and able to work closely with project teams, vendors and service providers at a detailed level.
