Leading consultancy require a HR Coordinator on a temporary basis to start ASAP

**Your new company**

We have partnered with a leading consulting firm located in Brisbane. Due to recent growth, they have an urgent need for an experienced HR Coordinator to join their team on a temporary contract basis.

**Your new role**

Reporting into the HR Manager this role will look after:
- Managing end to end recruitment- Contract preparation and changes to contracts- Onboarding and off-boarding of new employees- Maintaining company and employee records- Supporting leaders in the business with performance reviews and HR initiatives- Acting as the first point of contact for all HR and ER matters- Administrative HR support

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this role, ideally, you will possess the following:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field- Recent experience in a HR coordination or officer position- A strong understanding of HR practices, legislation and employment law- Previous experience using a HRIS system, Share point and MS Office- Be a self-starter who has a high attention to detail- Be able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders
