**The Role**

An opportunity exists for a HR Coordinator to join a great team within the Mining Industry. This role is responsible for a variety of HR Admin duties and will facilitate daily HR functions including the management of the employee lifecycle.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing the on-boarding process for new employees
- Maintaining up to date personnel information and files
- Recruitment
- Assist in the onboarding and induction of new starters
- Reviewing and renewing policies and procedures
- Respond to any HR inquiries
- Maintain records of personnel-related data
- Liaise with other departments within the business
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures

**Key Criteria**:

- Ability to work under pressure
- Minimum 2 years HR experience
- HR Qualification desired
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisational and time management skills
- Professional approach
- Ability to work autonomously
