**Role Summary**

Based from Brisbane, the HR Coordinator will report into the HR Business Partner and in partnership with the HR team, be responsible for the effective coordination of all HR processes across all our offices in Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane) and the HR Shared Services team based in India.
- Coordinating HR processes within Workday HRIS in collaboration with the Shared Services team
- Records, file and data management and administration
- Be the key liaison between the Australian HR team and the off-shore Shared Services team
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process
- Complete the HR & Payroll induction for new employees
- Prepare employee letters and contracts
- Ensure that HR processes are managed and completed
- Prepare HR reports and analysis of HR data
- Support the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist during the recruitment process
- Support and assist the HR Business Partner in the (outsourced) payroll processing
- Support the HR team with projects and initiatives including, university on-campus engagement, maintenance of the HR knowledge library and organising onboarding of new starters

**Desired Skills, Experience and Capabilities**
- Demonstrated HR Coordination/Administration experience with strengths in at least a few areas mentioned above
- Experience with Workday HRIS is an advantage (not essential)
- Knowledge / exposure to payroll processing is an advantage
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong skills in MS office
- Mature interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in an evolving and rapidly changing environment
- Good analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to organise, prioritise and multitask.
