What You'll Be Doing

Based in our
Brisbane office
, this
part-time role (20–25 hours/week across 5 days)
offers hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle. You'll play a key role in:

  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment: job ads, applicant liaison, interviews, offers, onboarding
  • Managing offboarding processes and company resource allocation
  • Preparing and maintaining employment documentation
  • Assisting with employee engagement initiatives
  • Supporting salary reviews, performance management, and benefits administration
  • Coordinating training and internal development programmes
  • Maintaining HR and WHS policies and procedures
  • Providing general HR and WHS advice
  • Supporting HR reporting, compliance, and business planning
  • Managing the HR inbox and providing day-to-day HR admin support

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about people. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Certificate IV in Human Resources (or working towards), or equivalent experience
  • End-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in professional services
  • General knowledge of HR policies and WHS legislation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and collaborative mindset
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Empathy, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
