Our Client who is a market leader in the automotive distribution industry are currently looking for experienced Administration Assistants to work Monday to Friday from 7am - 3pm on the day shift at their state of the art Tullamarine facility.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Great Attention to detail
- A willingness to learn and pick up processes efficiently
- Worked in a fast paced environment previously
- Ability to multi-task jobs
- Highly organised
- High level of communication both written and verbal

You may be responsible for the following duties yet not limited to;
- Data Entry
- Reception
- Export reports from WMS (warehouse management system) software program
- Dealing with clientele
- Handling Inward documents (End-to-End)
- Assisting other staff members where required
- Customer service
- answering phones/face to face

If you consider yourself to be a quick learner together with excellent communication and administration skills, this position may suit you.

This is a casual ongoing position with the view to permanency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $32.00 per hour

- Tullamarine, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
