Administrative Clerk

**Australian Industrial Vacuum**are looking for a friendly individual with excellent communication and people skills to join our Tullamarine-based team as a administrative clerk. This is a full time position available for immediate start.

**The Role**

You will provide administrative support to the company and will be able to recognize and respond to competing priorities in order to create an efficient and effective office environment.

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Answering and directing incoming calls
- General office duties
- Filing and photocopying
- Data entry
- Assisting in marketing
- Assisting Sales Reps with incoming enquiries and daily tasks

The Successful applicant will have:

- Confident and personable phone skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
- A willingness to learn
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to contribute positively to a collaborative office environment

This is role is Monday
- Friday 8.30am-4.30pm

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
