**About the role**

Go behind the scenes in our fleet team as an Operation Administrator. In this role you will be committed to ensuring all shipments move through our stations seamlessly and with care. Working collaboratively within a team of operational professionals you will provide administrative support so that we can deliver on our service promises.

**Specific Tasks**:

- General administration and office duties
- High level of attention to detail
- Data entry skills - vehicle defect notices
- Fleet Maintenance purchase order and invoice processing via Maximo and FCF
- Archiving completed invoices
- Report on weekly Service Quality KPI’s
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all internal and external clients.
- Any other related task as directed by the Manager.
- Ensure compliance with OHS, Dangerous Goods and Environmental legislation.
- Contribute to the climate of active continuous improvement of processes, procedures and systems.

**Preferred experience**:

- Transport Industry experience
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office (in particular Excel)
- Supply management/accounts/payroll experience desirable
- Experience working in similar administration role
